I build the trust-infrastructure layer for AI — so that institutional meaning survives the journey through the systems that now summarize it.
For twenty years I led strategic communications inside three of the most regulated environments in the United States — Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Takeda, and Boston Scientific — where a claim required evidence, language required approval, and the cost of a misstatement was patient harm.
In March 2026 I founded Signal Fidelity Group to operationalize that discipline for the AI era. I write and build around inference control, Linguistic Engineering, and FoundersTriple — the founder's path to being described accurately by AI answer engines.
